Keywords: "Understanding DNA as a Ture Programming Language" Now Helyxzion has three windows in which to view and compare DNA data. The following view shows the helyxzion Ion chart data that has been translated by the Helyxzion ANVIL 3.0 Viewer. The example contains three sets of the helyxzion DNA Chart (preodic "Ion" points) two of which have been Phase Shifted. Each point is extrapolated from a codon retrieved from the imported data and graphed as a point or 'ion'. The 5'3' side of the graphed DNA is displayed in blue in the "X" side of the graph. The 3'5' side of the graphed DNA is displayed in red in the "Y" side of the graph. ![]() This view shows two sets of 100 ion points with the "X" and "Y" sides displayed. The imported data has been translated by the ANVIL Viewer and assigned to the appropriate graph points. These points and their associated ion can now be individually identified, analyzed and described. ![]() Go here to take the Helyxzion ANVIL 3.0 Viewer Tour. |
